TURNAROUND TIME

1-7 business days. If you need your order expedited, please let us know what your desired time frame is, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

SHIPPING

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items are shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified.

Net 30-60 negotiated terms on approved credit.

Or, over the phone using secure checkout -Payment is processed at the time of order

BACKORDERS

You will be notified of any backordered items, and the remainder of your order will continue to ship unless otherwise directed. Once an item is back in stock, it will ship out immediately free of charge. All backordered items will be invoiced at time of original purchase order.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Tiny Poetry Project cards are made in the USA, using local vendors whenever possible. All cards, envelopes and sleeves are from recycled, non-plastic, biodegradable, and where possible, up-cycled materials.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS

Returns and exchanges must be made and postmarked within 5 days of receiving your order. All products must be unused and in original packaging. Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
